Running a school is hard enough without fees getting in the way. SCHOOLCORD is school management software built for Nigerian schools, so you can run your school, not your paperwork.
We replace the notebooks, the scattered spreadsheets and the weekend of adding up with one record everyone reads from. Set your fees once, by class and by term. Every balance, reminder and receipt then comes from the same figures, so the bursary stops being a pile of paperwork.
Alongside fees, SCHOOLCORD keeps your student roster and sends reminders straight to parents' phones. Parents don't need to install anything. Each person on your staff sees only what their role allows, and proprietors with more than one campus can see every branch side by side from a single login.

What it does
- School fee management
- Set each class's fees per term, record payments, and see every student's balance at a glance. Balances are always worked out from the fee structure and confirmed payments, never typed in.
- Student records
- One roster per campus, with Excel import for a school's existing student list.
- Parent messaging
- SMS to parents -- for example, a reminder to every parent who still owes -- sent under the school's own registered Sender ID.
- Multiple campuses
- One school account runs as many branches as the school has.
- Role-based access
- Owners, principals and bursars each see only what their role needs; a bursar records payments without being able to change the fees.
- Admissions (add-on)
- A public enquiry page for each school and an enquiry-to-enrolment pipeline.

Nothing is stored twice. A balance is never typed in and never cached, so re-pricing a class or reversing a payment moves the child's record, the bursar's chase list, the collections report and the reminder a parent receives — all of them, at once, with no recalculation step for anybody to forget.
How we handle school data
A school's records belong to that school. Every row on the platform is owned by one school and one campus, and the separation is enforced in the data layer rather than left to each screen to remember — so one school cannot see another's students, fees, payments or messages, whatever anyone types into a URL.
